PikiePikie -- Python, runs on Un*x/MacOsx/Windows, any page can be a weblog.
VanilLa -- written entirely in REBOL and implements a WikiWiki with WebLog and comments (on weblog entries) functionality.

Weblogs with wiki abilities

pyblosxom comes with a wiki formatter for integrating it with MoinMoin, and a genericwiki formatter for integrating it with any wiki.

blosxom -- Lightweight FreeOpenSoftware PerlLanguage weblog with many plugins ( http://www.blosxom.com/plugins/ ) to integrate with wikis. See the edit and text sections. There are specific connections with TWiki, PurpleWiki?, and Kwiki, and for general wiki markup, there's wikiwordish.

EverythingTwo has rich interlinking and allows diaries, so it's wiki-webloggish.

Gong is an old Helma wiki implementation but the project and source code links are dead (July 2002).
ZWikiAndBlogFace? -- Karl Anderson integrated his (ZoPe-based) BlogFace weblog and ZWiki, here's an example and some notes (abandoned).

Other possibilities

Additional ZoPe solutions would be to integrate ZWiki and Squishdot, or CmfWiki? and Blark (using the new Content Management Framework -- and Zope Page Templates?)

Easy integration if
- the wiki supports "subscribe to changes of any page via e-mail" and
- the blogging system supports "post via e-mail"
- just requires ensuring the mail is sent in a suitable format

What was the FirstWikiWeblog? Apparently VanilLa (maybe Gong), although they use stars (*) around a page name to create a link, rather than Wiki:SmashingWordsTogether .
